Blenniella Chrysospilos
Blenniella Blennies should be added to well established aquariums. Plenty of rock work should be provided for grazing and hiding. Blenniella Blennies have an incredible appetite for algae and may nip at SPS corals and Clam mantles while grazing. If a large supply of algae is not present be sure to add a steady supply for the health of Blennies. Blenniella Blenny's are peaceful, active and a great fish for any aquarium. Most Blennies lack or have very small swim bladders. Be sure to provide an aquarium with a tight-fitting lid as Blennies may jump.
The Red Spotted Blenny shows white with red spots all over their bodies. Red Spotted Blennies can grow up to 13cm in length.
We recommend a minimum aquarium size of 130L or larger for this species.
